Platform Ecosystem & Provider Management

As a comprehensive B2B SaaS and marketplace platform for children's activity centers, Happy Kamper serves a wide network of service providers. The primary challenge in maintaining operational stability for this dual business model (B2B and B2C) is ensuring flawless feature releases, rigorous application testing, and rapid, structured resolution for any technical issues reported by partners.

Scope of Work: QA, CRM & UX Audit

As a Product & Growth Specialist, my role spanned multiple operational and product development functions. I designed and structured a dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) flow for provider case reporting. This system successfully transformed fragmented operational complaints into a centralized ticketing pipeline, streamlining technical communication between partners and our internal team.

Beyond provider management, I managed the end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) workflow. I authored test cases, executed comprehensive regression testing across both the web platform and the iOS TestFlight app, and mapped out structured bug reports for developers. Additionally, I conducted UX microcopy audits across the application interfaces, including the internal chatbot, ensuring that product communication was clear, professional, and intuitive for both provider partners and marketplace end-users.
